Early Abbot Kinney Mornings

My association of Abbot Kinney has always been centered around fun, but hectic First Fridays or Sunday afternoons where the street fills with tourists and locals alike. Walking around in the early morning this week, I was able to take in all of the art, stores and details that often get lost on a bustling night, yet are the very things that make Abbot Kinney such a unique place. There is something really special about being there in the calm early morning, when no one is around and most stores have yet to open.

Abbot Kinney is just steps from the Princeton Lofts.

Brie and Asparagus Frittata

This past weekend we had the joy of working with Chef Kelsey Henderson, a culinary school graduate trained by world renowned Macrobiotic Chef Brendan Fitzgerald, and recent star of Food Network's Cuthroat Kitchen. There's nothing better than cooking with fresh ingredients, especially in a beautiful, high-end kitchen at the Princeton Lofts. As Chef Henderson put it, "this kitchen was made with the chef in mind". We hope you enjoy this recipe for a delicious and healthy asparagus and Brie frittata.

Spring Lofting

One of the greatest things about the Princeton lofts are that the open floor plans and great lighting make it a perfect canvas for any creative to build their dream home. While we hope for the space to become your unique sanctuary, we had to share some of our favorite Spring inspired finds. And because of the nature of these multipurpose lofts, we've included pieces that transition well from day to night and work to play!
